Accounting services can be divided into one-time services and services rendered on a regular basis. The first one are the contracts for restoration and organization of accounting, the second one are the contracts for regular conduct and support of the accounting (tax accounting).

The objective of provision of accounting services by our specialists is not only the maintenance of accounting in full compliance with the requirements of the legislation in your company as well as the application of all the efforts to optimize taxation of the company.

Accounting services rendered by our company are not strictly fixed functions set performed by us. We have created a mobile service, easily adaptable to the needs of a particular entrepreneur or to a holding company, for example.

The cost of accounting services in each individual case depends on:

• the period in which it is necessary to render services;
• the volume of documents circulation;
• the time required for rendering accounting services.

We will always offer you the accounting service, which is necessary exactly for your enterprise, and at present stage of development of your business. But it does not mean that our obligations are not determined. In each particular case the contract for accounting services is concluded, in which all our obligations and your rights are clearly fixed, after our joint determination the needs of your company.

Basic types of rendered accounting services

• accounting
  the service is rendered on the basis of given primary documentation, in those volumes and on those types of activity, which will be determined by the contract;
• restoration of accounting
  it is conducted on the basis of the concluded contract on restoration of accounting and represents a long-term work (usually from a few weeks to several months);
• accounting services for representative offices
  the organization, maintenance of accounting records and tax accounting of representative offices of foreign organizations is conducted on a common basis, but has a number of specific features;
• accounting services for entrepreneurs
  the restoration of the accounting of an entrepreneurial activity includes the restoration of the books: the accounting of proceeds from the realization of goods (operations, services), accounting of income and expenses, accounting income and expenses of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs using a simplified system of accounting.
