Confidentiality

Our duty to the Clients during the conduct of an audit and audit-related services is to observe strict confidentiality.

In accordance with the concluded contracts, the auditing company is obligated to keep a secret information and data about the customer, as well as the information related to the conduct of works (services), withhold and keep confidential in general or in particular facts or information from any third party without the prior written consent of one of the parties of the concluded contract.

The auditing company undertakes not to use facts or any information for any purpose without the prior written consent of the other party, and vice versa.

The information provided by both parties to each other in accordance with the concluded contracts, is used solely by the parties of the contract and can not be given to third parties or used by any other way, with the participation of third parties, in particular, and in full, without the consent of both parties.

The confidentiality obligations and the obligations to nondisclosure are not applied to the public information, as well as the information which becomes known through no fault of the auditing company.
