Consulting support includes the following questions:

-  providing of paid written consultations on questions related to the financial and economic activities of individual entrepreneurs, as well as on questions of accounting, taxation

Providing of consulting services on the questions of accounting is realized on the basis of a contract. The consultations can be conducted both orally and in writing. The writing form of consultations is, as a rule, the exchange of questions and answers via e-mail. At the Client request, the consultations can be made on paper.

The providing of consulting services can be rendered one-time in the mode «One question».

The procedure of rendering services in the mode of «One question» is the following:

1. You send your question via a special form of online-order, or by e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
2. The cost of the consultation is determined on the base of the estimated time required for preparing an answer.
3. The proposal about the cost and form of consultation is sent to your email, or reported by the indicated phone.
4. If the agreement on the cost and form of consultations is reached, the customer and contractor sign the corresponding contract.
5. The preparation of the answer to the question is begun after the confirmation of 100% prepayment.
6. At the end of works, the parties sign the act of rendered services.

Regular Clients are allowed to pay after rendering service.

-  assistance in drawing up of objections on the results of inspections by tax and other controlling authorities, as well as requests (applications, appeals)
